My 4th year using Elevate Holistics for my medical card
The doctor was very nice and very helpful. I was also able to get a refund because I scheduled and paid for a full appointment but was still eligible for a renewal (the doctor pointed this out for me). This is my 4th year using Elevate holistics for my medical card. I think you guys are easy to use, doctors are nice and quick, and customer service is always helpful.
