This was a pleasant, easy process with a licensed professional. I had a question afterwards, and had no trouble reaching a live person who answered my question within a minute.

We got to prefill all info needed before visit. The doctor was great, got to the basics. Said he met all criteria. We should hear something within 24 hours. That was the 7th today is the 11th and we still haven’t heard anything. No guidance at all. I am asking for a full refund.
