Amir & Arash are absolutely wonderful to work with. They invested time in understanding our business in a way that I have never seen from other teams. With that understanding they were able to energize candidates around our mission and the opportunities. We were able to hire our tech teams ahead of plan in one of the hardest hiring markets ever, all due to the partnership with Arash & Amir.

Absolutely wonderful! Arash was super helpful and considerate from the beginning till the end. Constant communication and frequent updates make a seamless interview experience and Arash is doing an excellent job at that. I am very positive about my interview experience.

Was approached by one of their recruiters, Arash Bormand, and he was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process!

Arash was super helpful throughout the process. He would prep before the rounds and do followup after. He was communicative throughout the the process, which is want an applicant needs during the interview process. He as upbeat and positive as well; which helps. Would work with him again.

Arash is the BEST!! We walked through the interviews together and he was always responsive to my emails. He took the time to get to know me and match me with the right opportunity. I am so thankful for this group! He and Amir are outstanding recruiters, within a few weeks they had an interview for me and just a few weeks later a job offer with a great company. If you are tired of the runaround and getting nowhere fast… reach out to ELEVANO and you’ll be happy you did!

He walked me through all the possible options, made sure he provided me with the opportunities that matched my expectations and was always happy to talk through all of my options. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience and provided me with the best opportunities that matched my skillset. Would highly recommend
