Credits to chat with the birds are…
Credits to chat with the birds are rippingly expensive. The credits are consumed so quickly, it's as if the site burns them up even when you're on a completely different site. I decided to cut my use of the site way, way back. There are no smarts in throwing good money after bad...

Hi David, Keeping the platform safe and well-supported is something we continuously invest in, and certain paid features help make that possible. You're in control of how your credits are used, paying only for the interactions and features you choose. If you have any questions about credit usage or available packages, don't hesitate to reach out at [email protected]. Best wishes, Jen from Elenadate

A distressing Kafka-esque end to a year of Elenadate
I continued to use this site for a year despite the high cost. Had several sustained contacts with women who were mostly overseas. Recently, I developed a very strong bond with a woman in the US and was moving toward meeting when last night, having just bought 800 more credits, I was told I was permanently banned and not allowed to re-apply. I have no idea why. No explanation. Can't even get access to the site to follow up. Wrote to my "personal manager" but no response. After several more days I heard from my personal manager that the mistake had been corrected and I could get back on the site. However, no explanation about what had happened.

Attractive ladies on view
Attractive ladies on view, fast response to messages. Also ladies making first contact. I found the contact was later restricted to the site only with no real chance of changing it due to the Ukraine War, was the information. I found it an expensive exercise, I do suspect that the Ladies earn from the contact made and the level of messages communicated, hence the high level of response.

Hi there, While we have no control over the behavior or intentions of individual users, we do provide a technical framework designed to support safe and secure online interaction. Regarding pricing, certain features require credits, and usage depends on how you choose to engage. If anything in your experience felt unclear or raised concern, please contact [email protected] so it can be reviewed in detail. Best wishes, Jen from Elenadate

They charge per message
They charge per message, then start messaging you, even if you tell some one they aren't your type they continue to message you. 0 out of 10 do not recommend

Hi Jimmy, Messaging activity is initiated by individual users, and communication preferences can vary from person to person. While we provide the technical space for conversations, users are always in control of how they engage and which interactions they continue. If you’re receiving messages you don’t wish to continue, the platform offers tools to manage interactions, including blocking or reporting profiles. If you’d like us to look into your experience more closely or clarify how messaging and credits work, please contact our support team at [email protected] so we can assist you directly. Best wishes, Jen from Elenadate

Hi Bonolo, We understand that meaningful connections matter deeply, and your goal of building a future with someone is completely valid. Our platform uses a credit-based system. Every request is carefully handled by our moderation, finance, and technical teams, and our customer service is available around the clock. Maintaining this level of quality comes at a cost, which is why we charge for some services. Your prices are horribly expensive
Your prices are horribly expensive. This site is trying to nickel and dime my bank account dry.
Response from ElenadateJun 19, 2025
Hi Richard, Thanks for your feedback. The credit system is set up so members can pay for specific services rather than a subscription. If you'd like to explore ways to manage your credits or see which options offer more value, our support team at [email protected] can help. Best regards, Juniper from Elenadate

Has anyone met someone in person…
I wonder if anyone has actually met anyone from this site, i go back and forth on it because of the quality of women but who only want to chat and appear to have no intention of meeting. Also I notice that after a few weeks of chatting I start getting the same questions as if we have never spoken which indicates AI is responding not real people. It would be great if you can rank your members in terms of their seriousness for a real relationship. So guys can at least filter for those who are serious about meeting someone.
Response from ElenadateMar 15, 2025
Dear Matthew, Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Many members have successfully built real connections on our platform, and we encourage genuine interactions. We understand the importance of meeting like-minded individuals and appreciate your suggestion about ranking members based on relationship intent. We will pass this feedback along for consideration. If you have any concerns about specific interactions, please contact our support team at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist. Best regards, Juniper from Elenadate
