The women can be anywhere!!
The women can be anywhere!!! There is no filter for knowing if any are close so at 2pounds a message it really is just like throwing a lot of money in the bin, it is ridiculously expensive.
Response from ElenadateJul 5, 2025
Hi John, You need credits to access certain services on our platform, but you only pay for the services you actually use. You can choose the services that interest you the most and control your spending. We appreciate your point about location filters and will take it into consideration to improve user experience. If you have any questions or need help with the platform, please contact our support team. Best regards, Shea from Elenadate

Scam
This site is a money grabber. I spent almost $200 for credits to communicate with an individual. When you open videos, a gift or just send a message, eats up your credits. Those credits I purchased didn’t even last 2 days. The profiles are too good to be true and what I saw they were from all different countries. Just plain crazy. Stay away from this site
Response from ElenadateNov 8, 2025
Dear Liberty Beck, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be when credits are consumed quickly. The platform is designed to allow users to connect through messaging and gifts, which can require credits for each interaction. We always recommend reviewing the credit usage details on the site to ensure the most efficient use of your credits. We take your concerns seriously, especially regarding the profiles. We have systems in place to verify profiles to maintain authenticity, and we encourage all users to report any suspicious activity directly through our support team. If you'd like further clarification or assistance regarding your credits, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team at [email protected]. Best regards, Juniper from Elenadate

Absolute rip off
Absolute rip off. You get bombarded with matches and responding eats up credit like driving with a hole in your tank. Cost me over 100 in just one evening. And any attempt to exchange details for contact outwith the app is subverted, even photos blurred beyond recognition. Disgraceful!!
Response from ElenadateMar 29, 2025

No trial period and barely any credits
No trial period and barely any credits. Not worth it.
Response from ElenadateFeb 12, 2025
Dear Morgan, Thank you for your feedback. We always welcome new users with 20 credits so that you can familiarize yourself with our services. This is to ensure that you have a positive first experience. After that, we offer you the opportunity to purchase the first package of credits at a significantly reduced price, as a one-off offer. With this starter package, you can get a good overview of how our platform works. It's a good way to decide if you want to continue using our services before considering larger credit packages. Please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected] if you’d like to share more about your concerns. Best regards, Juniper from Elenadate

I've been using the elenadate.com…
I've been using the elenadate.com website for a few years now. Everything seemed alright until recently. When you buy credits, it shows a discounted price with the regular price in the background. I've been paying a discounted price. However, recently it still shows the discounted price when you go to buy credits, but it charges you the regular price. There wasn't any notice about the changes. Contacting customer service gets you all sorts of crazy excuses!
Response from ElenadateFeb 12, 2025
Dear James, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our support team has already reached out to you directly to assist with your concerns regarding the pricing issue. Please check your email, and feel free to reply if you need any further clarification. Best regards, Juniper from Elenadate
