Poor customer service
They could use better customer service. Been waiting weeks for answers and information. All I get is that they received my request and will look into it. Since then nothing. Won't waste anymore time on this site. Met wonderful lady here who wants me to have her info. But I'm going to have to walk away from her.

First of all, you state the a very low price but when you provide your credit card it is charged $99.00 without you knowing. Since my credit card company alerts me of a fraudulent transactions they declined the charge. When I investigated it, I saw the $99.00 charge. Second, in chatting with so called matched profiles, all are from countries outside the US. and they look like models...Great looking. The chats appear to me to be AI generated. This is a very clever communication app...the creators did a great job in creating it.

It's way too expensive
It's way too expensive, and all the profiles look as though they have stepped from the pages of vogue. It's not a dating site it's a communication site that you pay to use.

This is a very expensive site, and if you find a cheap partner or spouse, until you buy 5.000 credits, which is about 1000 dollars, you cannot exchange details with the person, which means you cannot meet him or her. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The women have no interest in having a real date. Spent too much time on there and planned a few dates only for her to not show up. Then she claimed she never talked to me about it and called me selfish. Immediately after insulting me, she turns around and says she can’t wait to meet and gets very sexual. This is a scam site.
