Overpromised, Underdelivered
Account manager assured me that after three months of their SEO service I would be getting calls from people who saw my company online. Never happened. Might have been unrealistic to expect that this would occur, but the person assured me their service would create leads. They did provide service, but I would think it might take 6 months or more before any concrete return would occur.
