I received my LV handbag yesterday & am beyond thrilled! We had a few issues to get to this handbag but I have to say the communication & customer support was probably one of the best I have ever dealt with. They respond almost immediately & were very helpful, courteous & professional in coming to a resolution with my purchase. I am definitely going to order more from Elegous for sure! Quality of the handbag was Excellent!
