From the beginning this company handle me like I was VIP. Their customer service support from purchase to delivery multiple touch points to ensure I was well i formed of where my Gucci bag was! Might I also add it is a very good mirror image of the real thing. You can ick it and feel no worries. To top it off a follow up after delivery to ask if any complaints and offer a free gift. The contact with your company was awesome! I was expecting to receive my bag a month from my order but got it very quick. The bag was absolutely perfect. Very nice leather, the hardware doesn’t feel or look cheap. I would love to post on instagram how great the bag is!
