Great Customer Service
I cannot compliment their customer service enough. They're responsive and attentive to your needs. I wasn't happy with the bag I received. Upon reaching out, I immediately received a response. Eventually, I found a bag to replace the one I was unhappy with. I was sent pictures of the bag before it was shipped. Upon receiving the bag, I was thrilled. It's beautiful and well made (unlike the first bag).
