It should not take over 6 weeks to receive product. Never again And still haven’t received.

The ordered product was not delivered. We received a - for us - worthless product. The mistake was admitted. But there was no willingness to correct the mistake that had been made. Too bad about our prepayment. However, $5 in damages was offered.

Total rip-off!!!! Customer service a joke. Item took 2 months to be “delivered” but never arrived at its destination. Company refused to make it right for a 5 dollar trinket they charged 3 times as much for. Avoid at all cost.

Way too much money for the quality of the materials. The Christmas trees are not sea glass, but cheap plastic. Took forever to arrive. I was charged too much. I was to receive free shipping but was charged. I cannot get anyone to respond to me.

I bought this item for my wife since we moved from Florida back to Kentucky she’s been missing the beach. I was very disappointed in the product. The item did not come with the card shown in the picture! I selected the glass beach heart with sand dollar, the color was too dark to see the inside and there was no sand dollar. Very disappointed in this product.

I'm joining the reviewers who wrote about this company and being scammed. I too ordered the sea glass hearts --3 and one free one--for $54.00. Part of me didn't have a good feeling about this site but I did it anyway. Immediately got confirmation e-mail for the order which said it was $68.00! I immediately called my credit card company, fraud division, and they will handle it and send me a new card. I hope I've learned my lesson about FB ads!

I placed an order for 5 "Sea Glass Ornaments" on 12/3/23 and did not receive them for over 15 days which was after the party I needed them for and so I contacted the Seller (per their written return policy on website) for a return address to send them back for a refund. I only received automated messages from the Seller, have not received the return address nor been able to communicate with an actual person (only BOTS). I have sent numerous emails directly to the customer support address and then continually reply with an automated message and will not supply me with the return address. If I could give a ZERO to this seller, I would - Stay away from this Vendor.

Can I give less than one star? Cute ornament. Paid for 9 sea glass ornament. Got one. $113 plus change down the drain. BUYER BEWARE. Ordered early December .got it right before Christmas. Three company names… Elegantion, Seenquashop, Amgo Technology, Limited. Add first seen on Facebook.
