⭐ Very Poor Customer Support – $178 Deposit Still Missing I recently deposited $178 into Elefin, but the amount has still not been credited to my account. I have already sent pictures, videos, and emails as proof of the transaction, but I have received no proper response from their support team. I am extremely disappointed with this experience. When customers deposit their hard-earned money, they expect their funds to be credited promptly and their issues to be handled professionally. Unfortunately, my experience with Elefin’s customer support has been very frustrating. My $178 is still missing, and I am still waiting for a proper response and resolution. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before using Elefin. I cannot recommend this service unless they improve their customer support and resolve customers’ deposit issues promptly. I hope Elefin takes this complaint seriously and resolves my missing deposit as soon as possible.

Its scam broker if you open position they will close it automatically , i faced loss 3-4 times and there support team doesn't respond you faced a loss over 4300$ next reason is they stop you out whenever they want

Elefin is fruad broker scammer be aware scammer 🚨🚨🚨 Warning About Elefin Broker – Please Protect Your Funds On September 11, I traded with Elefin broker during the CPI news event and made a good profit. My account balance increased to $2,390. On the same day, I submitted a withdrawal request, but Elefin made me wait for 3–4 days. Eventually, they disabled my MT5 trading account. When I asked for the reason, they told me that I had opened positions at the same time as another Elefin client. However, I do not know any other Elefin client, and I did not coordinate or trade with anyone. There are probably thousands of Elefin clients who trade during major news events. So why was my withdrawal rejected? It seems that when my balance increased and I made a good profit, Elefin refused to pay my full withdrawal and returned only my deposit. I asked them to provide proof that I had traded with another Elefin client, but I did not receive convincing evidence to support their allegations. Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise everyone to be careful when dealing with this broker. I made a deposit of 45000 i submitted the proof with the proper utr number they are saying they are unable to locate the funds nowadays its very hard to trust new brokers

I requested a simple Crypto (BEP20) withdrawal which usually takes 3 minutes. First, Elefin support promised the funds would arrive in 3-5 hours. When that failed, they changed their story and said it would be processed between 10 AM and 5 PM. Now that deadline has also passed, my funds are still missing, and their support is completely ignoring my messages. They refuse to provide a TxID and are just making fake promises. They are deliberately holding customer funds hostage. Stay away from this scam broker! Do not deposit your money here.
