NO Hassle Free Returns
Purchased a wall mounted vanity because the website did not state that any specific type of wall was required (under “Instructions,” it’s blank). Not only can it only be mounted onto concrete or solid wood, there is a Prop 65 warning that was not disclosed. I attempted to initiate a return and was told that I’d have to pay for return shipping, a 10% restocking fee, BUT I could keep the unusable item and could recoup 75% of what I paid to REORDER THE SAME ITEM. “We’d like to explain our return policy for returns not caused by product quality issues. In this case, you’ll be responsible for shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. The total charge will be approximately 25%. We’d like to offer you another, more convenient option. We recently restocked the same all-in-one freestanding vanity. If you’re interested in purchasing it, we can offer you a 75% credit toward your previous order without requiring you to return the package. This means we’ll provide a $62 discount on your new order, and you can keep the package. Please let us know if you agree.” AVOID at all costs!
