Great, friendly customer service. They reply very quickly and answered all of my questions. Shipped very fast and delivery time was also very quick. Night and day difference from my awful experience with Botlon ebikes (now called Area13ebikes). I'll definitely be going back to them for my ebike parts and upgrades.

Bought an upgrade kit for an e-bike, after 85 miles, which was about 3 bike ride, the screen went out, the seller only offers a 30-day warranty, when places like Bolten Ebike offers a 12-month warranty on the same screen. Refuse to make it right and stop answer my questions after I ask the seller if there was anything he can do to make this right. I spent $100 on a screen that lasts 3 bike rides!! Don't buy anything from this company!! Save yourself the time and hassle and order from Bolten Ebikes!
