Customer Service saves the day!
Good evening: I have always been very happy with your service. I was very unhappy when you could no longer ship to my area, so I was thrilled when I got your email that you could now ship to me. I was so excited I was not careful reviewing my order. When you confirmation came I realized the order was for menthol instead of tobacco flavor. I quickly filled out a help form on your website but it would not allow me to submit. So I sent an email to customer service. It took almost no time for your customer service to get back to me. You can’t imagine how thrilled I was to read that they had corrected the problem and would be shipping my order in the morning so watch for the shipping email. I have rarely had to contact you, but anytime I had a question or needed help your response was always quick and your solution perfect. Your people are polite, pleasant and professional you can almost feel their smile in the emails. I am over the moon happy and completely satisfied with ET! Thank you for being so dependable and providing great products for us.

Amazing customer service
I use Ignite Icy Mint V15. I was disappointed to learn that they were out of stock and contacted customer service. Not only did they get them back in stock in 2 days, but customer service contacted me to let me know they were back. Can't say enough good things about this company. Great products and excellent customer service.
