I have always had a hard time finding an electrician who will show up or even return my phone calls. I do not like going with the big companies, since I am not sure about who will show up. When I used this service I put in my request, and by the next morning I had 3 emails with offers to help. This was a small job, but when I called them, they were willing to come out - and the best part is that they showed up when they said they would. They gave me an estimate of the costs before they came - and they were reasonable, and the actual cost was a little less than the estimate. Great Service!

I found Sparky's on this site. In the past, I had been badly 'burned' by a competitor (the company's magnet is probably on the front of your phonebook) who pulled a 'bait and switch' once he came to my house and completed the work. The final cost from this company was 3 times the original estimate provided to me on the phone. With Sparky's, I was given a ballpark ' not to exceed' estimate over the phone, based on my description of the problem with the understanding if other issues were discovered, additional costs would be discussed before work was completed. The electrician who came to my house was professional and courteous. He explained what he saw and what needed to be done. He was very thorough. The final cost did not exceed the estimate. I am very pleased with the work, the service, and Sparky's. I would definitely recommend them, and would call them again.
