Shopping was easy, Arrived in time and happy with product

Took awhile to arrive, but very happy with the sweater.. It fits beautifully. I felt the shipping cost was high……never encountered shipping clothing that expensive. Thank you!

My experience started out bad because my package sat for 13 days without moving. After I contacted you, it was delivered within a few days. I am very happy with my sweater and it fits great. Since you cared enough to turn a bad shopping experience into a good shopping experience, you earned me as a customer and I will order from you again.

Sweaters arrived within a good time period. Good quality and sized right - I wear a size 12 and ordered large. I haven’t washed them yet so hopefully they don’t shrink

The hoodie was not as vibrant in colors as the picture showed. It is still very attractive. It ran smaller than I expected, I will have to line dry this shirt. I recommend going up a size if you like your shirts a little roomier. I wish it had the front pockets. Overall a nice product for the money. Shipping is very slow.

Other than I thought it took quite a long time to get the sweaters, everything was great. They were what I was expecting. Pretty good quality. Very happy with the purchase.

There should have been some explanation why shipping was $15. Even saying, "item ships from outside USA" would have helped.

Love the dress. It fits perfectly!
