Jesus was a great help to me today. I ordered Microsoft Office 2011 which is no longer supported by Microsoft, but I desperately needed it to update an older Mac. I wasn’t able to proceed with the install because of this problem and received multiple error messages. Jesus was able to activate my account and I’ve already done my update. Yay! anna was the one that helped me out! i was running into quite a few issues downloading microsoft office and anna was able to guide me through the process very easily with no hickups even though i am horrible and not tech savy at all! thank you anna!

After receiving the link to download my recent purchase of my new Microsoft Word for my iMac, I was having difficulty in getting it downloader on my computer. This is not an odd occurance for me. I called Jasom in the Tech Support division and within just a few minutes he had undone all of the wrong that I had done and also had the new program installed and running. What is usually the worst part of updating or adding a new program to my computer was turned into the best part of this experience. Thanks Jason for all of your help and patience with my lack of computer knowledge.
