I had a lot of trouble downloading and getting MS OFFICE 2019 on my new computer. I have had 15 plus computers in my career and the emails were all confused. I went to Chat and ANNA spent 3.5 hours working with me and my husband (we had to switch places because we were tired). But ANNA stuck with us until the job was successfully accomplished. I am not a computer expert and require patience and guidance. ANNA must get a good raise to reflect her dedication and proficiency. Thank You Anna.
