Helpful but I am familiar with the program and installation was as expected.

I am extremely happy to have gotten this software from you. I will be using it in the very near future. I have used it in the past and it is very easy to work with; so I look forward to using it again.

I ran into a block once Office downloaded; Jesus walked me through every step and was extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Ultimately, there was one last stumbling block but Joe was able to tell me exactly what to do. Ultimately, all is good, Office is working, and I'm a happy camper.

Interrupt of downloading.

Joe was my installation guide. I was pleased with his help getting my Office installation working.

Downloaded and paid for a product, however they did not have the product I paid for, and emailed me an hour later, but were willing to upgrade me. However, it was not useful for a Mac, so I needed a refund. They were quick to respond to inquiries and issue a refund.
