Ray was very personable and put me at ease after I asked him to help me confirm that he was indeed from a legitimate company. He came across as very competent and explained to me what he was doing while he had control of my computer. I feel that EKsoftware (although I had never heard of you before) is a great company and I will recommend you to others based on my very positive experience.

Highly recommended! I purchased Microsoft Office Professional for my new computer as I was looking for a bundle *one time purchase* (not a subscription) with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher, to use for occasional work and home projects, but mostly for writing and electronic journaling projects (documents with text and photographs). Best price around, with very simple install, quick turn-around, and available tech support (which I didn’t end up needing, even though I am *not* tech saavy in the least)! Glad I took a chance on them—will return in a flash for any future software needs.

I have used Publisher for more than 20 years. I just added it to my new laptop. I don't use it often, but when I need it I am glad I have it to use.

Carl was simply fabulous. I am elderly and not very technology savvy. Carl displayed patience with me and took the time to answer all my questions in a way I could understand what he was talking about. Carl's technical expertise was also demonstrated as I watched him work. Anyone who gets Carl to help service their computer will be happy and get results!

This company has a great price on the software I purchased. When my download did not arrive right away, I contacted them through chat. The team member that responded to me corrected the situation immediately. My download was delivered and I was able to install and get right to work.
