EksoftwareReviews of eksoftware.com

This review for Joe who assisted this senior in enquiries about software compatibility and the methods to get product downloaded onto a Windows & PC. He was knowledgeable, responsive, rapid in his delivery and accurate with the information. Couldn't have asked for better communications. Thanks Joe

FARIS helped me to install Office..It was a great experience and he was of great assistance.

Faris He was very helpful , I am 90 yrs old and maybe not tech savy, but he got me through it ! Thanks Marion

I purchased Microsoft Office which I believe is now called Microsoft 365 and successfully downloaded it to my computer. It was an easy process.

Apple prompted me to upgrade my Operating System to Monterey version 12.1. They didn't mention that it would render my Microsoft Office suite obsolete. So I found Eksoftware online and opted to license Office from them. I've always hated being the dumbest kid in the class (I'm 74) but, for the life of me, I couldn't get past the last few steps in the instructions and get the applications to even show up on my MacBook Pro. In a series of back and forth e-mails Carl helped me find the missing link (my fault) and get the new Microsoft Office up and working on my computer. I find very few experiences as frustrating as having a recalcitrant computer. Carl saved my sanity and I am eternally grateful for his patience and expertise. Well, maybe not eternally but really, really grateful. Thanks again, Carl!
