I've been charged for WORD for MAC but can't access it due to a prior purchase recognizing my email. When I enter forgot password I just go round & round as I'm not send the code as promised. I'm unable to get through the phone 24/7 line on several occasions. PLEASE HELP ME

After I paid for the product I was sent an invalid product key. When I complained they sent me another invalid key. Then a 3rd invalid key. After the 3rd invalid product key they refunded my money saying “there must be something wrong with this batch of keys”.

I tried to download MS Work from your company a couple of weeks ago. I spent 3 hours following your instructions and finally gave up. At that time I canceled my order but according to American Express you have not corrected the billing. The next day I bought MS Office Home & Student from a local store and downloaded and installed the program

I purchased MS Office a month ago from AKSoftware, and I still cannot use the software!! They will not give a refund once you register the key with Microsoft. IT WON'T INSTALL!! I have dealt with their Chat Service multiple times, but No One there can help me. Their software Will Not Install Completely. It gets to about 95% & quits. Giving Error msg "there was an issue".... STAY AWAY FROM AKSOFTWARE!

This company is a nightmare. I made a purchase for Vipre Antivirus software. I received bunch of emails to entice me to buy more products. I never got the product code even though an email said the goal is to send it within 30 minutes. 2 hours later, I tried to chat and called but never received a reply. Finally, I called again and spoke to a man with a very heavy accent who claimed his name is Jesus. It took him a long time to answer my basic questions. After him giving me conflicting information and a healthy dose of an attitude, I was told that they ran out of the software, more will be available in 3 days and do I want to wait or do I want to cancel. I canceled and could not get a straight answer about when to expect my refund. Avoid like it is the Omicron variant even if you are fully vaccinated. Communication is mostly dishonest and misleading at the least. Now I will have to purchase the product from someone who delivers simultaneously with my payment and communicates in clear English. Goodness me!

The MS Office I got from EKSoftware only works just after download. As soon as I close my computer and restart it, the program refuses to work again. In my programs list, under Microsoft Office Tools it always says (empty). None of your employees know how to fix this, except removing and re-downloading, and again, it only works until I turn off my computer. I would like a refund.

I bought Publisher but keep havingh issues trying to access and use the Program. I asked for Help in your "Hot Line" but nobody around to help. Thanks a lot!
