Adin was absolutely amazing! I am technologically challenged and he calmed my fears and walked me through all the steps. When something didn't work, he fixed it. I mean he fixed it. First try. It was unbelievable. I was so very thankful for him. He sat on the online chat with me until everything was done and working. He is a great customer support person. It just doesn't get any better than Adin.

I love the office 2019 software, it works great. I reached out for installation help. They were very quick to respond. I had them take control of my computer and they figured out what had to be done to install the software. The technician was very knowledgeable. He got me up and running in no time.
