Ejuice StoreReviews of ejuicestore.com

Always have excellent options to choose from, always in stock, prices insanely affordable, with fast shipping. I ordered 16 items in my last order, they forgot to put ONE item in my box. I emailed them and within minutes had the replacement in the mail express! No phone call, no begging, just a 2 sentence email and it was done! SO EASY! Excellent customer service!!

I’ve been ordering from them for some time now and the service has always been really good however, my most recent experience has been outstanding. I placed the order and received it 3 days later. Thank you for the integrity and high level of service

This is the best online store for e-juice out there. They always have my favorite juice in-stock and ship the same day. Amazing selection, always in-stock and fast shipping, what more can you ask for?

I had an order that I couldn't find the order number or any information on, and couldn't remember when it was to arrive. Upon emailing Ejuicestore, they found my info, sent me additional emails, and my juice arrived at a great time. One of the only places online that I can find my favorite juices, and has the best prices I've found. That's all to say, Ejuicestore.com has great variety, prices, AND customer support.

Fantastic customer service. Emailed me to discuss alternative products due to some things I ordered not being available. They went above and beyond to ensure I got my products quickly despite the troubled times we are in. 10/10 experience!

Amazing customer service, Thank you Patrick, very positive experience ^-^

I placed an order on June 2 and received my order on June 6. For me the shipping wasn't bad at all, and I'm in VA. I took away a star due to 2 juices boxes were damaged and the bottles' seals were already broken on them. I didn't notice any real difference in their flavor of them. Here's my honest review, for what it's worth. Updated for second order. Although it took 8 days to be delivered, a little longer than first time, it was within the time frame that that was said on the site. I ordered on Aug 2 and order was delivered Aug 10. All boxes were in tact and bottles sealed. Very happy and will definitely be reordering in the future.

I have ordered several times and have never had a problem with the accuracy or the quality of my order. Shocked to read some of the negative reviews. I will say that the shipping method is less to be desired. They do respond to the support email when I asked why it takes so long. I am used to the fact that my orders usually take around 10-12 days. The package reaches my state within 3 days but takes another 7-8 days to travel 200 miles. I am not going to give them a bad rating because I feel this is out of their control.
