I had ordered a Smok 50W Kit, but was delivered a Smok novo Kit, (in 3 days, so great shipping anyway). I spoke to Evelyn at ejuiceDB immediately after my package arrived, and 15 mins later, the CORRECT item had a shipping label to leave the “dock” at ejuiceDB!!!!! Great customer service online, very immediate service and correction! I await my Smok Nord 50W Kit, and thank you to Evelyn for the OUTSTANDING customer support!!!! Gregg At the time of writing this review, I just got notification from FedEx that the new order was already picked up!!!!!!

Missy took care of my issues fully and timely! Will continue to be my go to for vapes!

Well I had my first issue Ejuice DB, they accidently sent the wrong Juice. I sent a email to the company and within a short time the problem was resolved. I have nothing but excellent experience with juice DB, and now I got to deal with their customer service, and I must say that they are excellent as well. Great job Ejuice DB.

I ordered 20 disposable vapes, but when the order got here I was missing two. I contacted support and Missy was extremely helpful! They are sending out the two missing vapes and Missy was super nice through the entire interaction.
