I have been ordering for years and never had a problem I even use the subscription service they offer and I really like that only thing I would say is with the subscription orders if juice is out of stock is there some way to notify that the subscription will be skipped otherwise love this company and service

I have never had an issue with getting any issues I may have had with eJuiceDB resolved. Alejandra is great with making sure you are satisfied with your order and will take all steps necessary to keep you happy. Only issue I have with this company is the selection of juice brands they carry, vape products and accessories. I only wish they carried more brands from others than a selected few which still gives you great choices at really great prices.

I ordered a vape and ejuice. Paid and never received anything! It's been 1 months and 9 days. NO PROBLEM WITH EJUICE!! IT'S FEDEX, WHO HAS DELIVERY ISSUES! My FedEx guy is awesome! They had some subs, who did not take pictures of the delivery address. I never received my order from Ejuice.

I placed my first order with Ejuicedb last month. One of the disposable vapes worked the first few days then just quit working. It did take me making 2 calls to them about the vape but they gave me a store credit without an issue! Ejuicedb has a huge selection and what I feel are pretty low prices. Btw turn around is a few days, just be patient! I do recommend this vape store as they have a huge selection of assorted vapes and juices and the customer service was fantastic!
