I ordered 62 dollars worth of vapes that was delivered to the wrong address the proof of delivery photos clearly show two different houses from the orders that I made two days apart. I never got what I already paid for and never found where they actually delivered it to

I was sent an email for a 10% discount. When I used it, it was denied because it was already used LAST YEAR. After several emails back and forth (most were canned responses) I got the run-around after being a regular customer for 3+ years. The qualification for 'free shipping' has changed to an amount that is not suitable or fitting for repeat customers (order of $80+). I used to be very pleased with this site but it has changed. Customer satisfaction/loyalty does not seem to have the consideration it once did.

The site not only is glitchy but there is wrong information. On the product pages it says shipping is 9.99 but when you go to check out it says 11.99. I contacted them and said they will inform the team. When i asked about a code or something to reflect the posted price discrepency they told me to join the loyalty program so I can earn points for coupons

Hi there, there was some confusion in our communication. We do appreciate finding that error on the site, and we did offer you a 15% discount for this. We do apologize for the confusion and were trying to make it right.

It cost 11.99 to have something shipped. First, the thing I wanted the most was deleted because it was out of stock and the rest of it was shipped in two separate orders. I got one and I didn't care for it but I had never tried it before. And I waited a while for the next shipment and when I went into FedEx I see where it was sitting in Orlando for a week. I called FedEx they said I would have to put a claim in through e-juice DB. I sent an email because there's no way to contact the company by phone and the next day I got an email back saying I needed to put a claim in through the route application. Even though it had been a week I was not allowed to put the claim in that day. I waited a couple days and went back in and long behold they found my package and it was going to get delivered now. I spent all this money and I had to do all the work to locate it and get it moving. And I didn't end up with the product I wanted the most. Not happy

My name is Christopher. I placed an order for 4 ct. of the 6mg of Guava Peach and received 4ct. Of the 3mg instead. I ordered 6mg. Also the XXX Strawberry (non mentol) I never even received at all. Yet you took my money. The only items that I received correctly were the 4ct. Of the 6mg of the X2 Noms. Can someone get back with me about this issue that needs attention. I have ordered several times from them and never! Had them send the wrong mg of nicotine until now. And Not! Sending my 4ct. Xxx Strawberry. They are thieves! They took over $80.00 of my money. They even have on their website that no one! can no longer call them. Only email them. Don't order big orders if you don't believe me. That's wen they keep half your order. And you won't hear from them. BEWARE! OF THIS SITE.THEY ARE THIEVES! Straight up! I'll be buying from a local tobacco store near me from now on. EjuiceDB.com rating are A 2.9 that's terrible! Scammers everywhere nowadays. Can't trust anyone anymore! Thanks A lot! For literally nothing!. I'm giving you a one star because their's no zero. EjuiceDB.com You SUCK! Buyer BEWARE! (DON'T order A Big Order) They are thieves!!!!!!!! They WILL! Keep half your order.

Hi Christopher, we got your email and responded asking for photos of the product you received so we could get you the right ones. But we have not heard back. The email should be from [email protected] . Please check your spam just in case it went there. We would love to get this resolved for you. Best, eJuicedb

I have been a steady customer of this company for a long time and have placed many orders. They kept telling me that I had built up discount points but I was never able to access them. I emailed their support seven or eight times and never received help. Somebody there named Mafe just kept telling me I did indeed have these points built up. And now, today, the same guy tells me that I don't have any points. Don't trust this company. They are attracting customers by lying about benefits that don't exist.

THIEVES!!! They deleted all of my loyalty points. This is not fair at all. I have been a loyal customer for almost 2 years now and all of a sudden all loyalty points have vanished. "The program has changed", well that b.s. you need to make this right!! Or else, I WILL NEVER COME BACK!

I was sent a different product that I did not order. When I emailed the company with proof of order and pictures of what I actually received this is how they replied: At eJuiceDB.com, As a dropship platform, we rely on our manufacturers/licensed distributors to pack and ship orders on our behalf. That being said, the manufacturer shipped out the Enoubar Compak you ordered. Thank you for choosing eJuiceDB.com. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are always here to help. Sincerely, Missy I emailed them again and no other reply since then. So basically I am being called a liar even with proof of their error!!!! I will never order anything from them again.
