Excellent communication
Mike was very communicative and realistic about expectations. We were told it would take around 10 weeks to get our ITIN but we got it a few weeks earlier. Helped us to plan calendar dates as milestones for checking back in with him for any updates, so we were pleasantly surprised when he emailed us to inform us our ITIN was granted. He also helped us to navigate the documentation required and ensuring any scans were high enough quality where needed so we would get approved first time round.
