I thought it was the second card I applied for, so I asked EIN-ITIN to send it to me. I paid $90 for it. Unfortunately, when I got the card, I couldn't activate it. Because after I applied for the second card or any new card, All original cards are permanently invalid. OK, I'll wait! But until to this day, the second card is still missing right now. Then I sent them a lot of emails because I was wondering why it would take more than two months for a card to be mailed within the United States. This is clearly abnormal. Applied for ITIN end of Nov. 2018. By mid April 2019 I was chasing these people to see where my ITIN was. Eventually they called the IRS and then told me that the IRS has sent my ITIN number to another Agency. I told them to get back to the IRS and find out which Agency. They refused said 3 months was up and they were no longer responsible. I said that was unacceptable and that they must resolve the situation. An hour later they told me they had phoned the IRS again and had been told that I must contact the IRS directly. I called the IRS and they gave me my ITIN number. I asked where was the paper work and the IRS told me they had sent it to the Agency on 29th Dec 2018! I double checked the address they IRS sent it too and it was correct. I told the Agency that according to the IRS they had my ITIN number 3 months ago. They said they would look for it. That was the last I heard from them!
