I appreciated the quick response from the team. We had a great trip!
(I would recommend investigating Norwegian airlines before using them. I heard from many passengers how their flights were cancelled for unknown reasons and didn't get to fly out for a week! Norwegian is hard to contact (no ticketing staff in the airport).

Great service
Great service, makes booking a multi hop trip very easy. Missing a few things though. I would have liked to choose the duration of each stay, as I had a lot of time in some cities which I would have preferred to allocate to another.
Also for the flights I always ended up with middle seats... if possible do no select those, or send us the links to do the online check-ins personally

We appreciate your feedback. Indeed, we are trying to make travel more convenient that's why we apologize for any difficulties that you have during your trip.
We have developed an editing function which helps to choose the time you want to spend in each city by selecting flight dates, different carriers, etc., which allows you to increase/decrease the number of nights in a specific city.
As for Online check-in and Seat Reservation, indeed some airlines (Ryanair, Wizz Air, etc.) provide by default random seat allocation on the board. The opportunity to sit together and choose the seat is a paid service.
In case you want to choose a seat on board we recommend you contact us and we will send you an invoice to pay your seat reservation. Or as an alternative option, you can book and pay for your seat by your own using PNR and email address.
We will consider your case in details and most likely we will develop a better system for notifying our travelers about Seats Reservation.
