College admission secrets or UC college admission secrets or Tony Le coaching on Facebook are all same. They are very disorganized. Their 1st group call was a mess, would not prefer group calls unless you are ok with competing with other parents/students to give them your personal info and give your kids info to set up accounts, that is not very organized. Second, we signed up for their blue print trial program. They advertise if you enrolled in this blue print program, you can choose any coach you want. We asked a coach we prefer. But that is not true, you will have struggle to get in their schedule every month, not worth if you don’t have a coach assigned consistently. As a parent I would like a coach who is available consistently for rest of the year or at-least few months. This figuring out things wasted our valuable time, they should have told us before we paid. I am giving 2 stars just because they gave the money back as they realized they can’t assign the coach we wanted.

Hi, this is Coach Tony. I wanted to address this review directly, as I know families rely on accurate information to make decisions about our program. We’re always open to honest feedback. Continuous Improvement is one of our core values, and we’re committed to refining our programs based on families' real experiences. That said, the comments shared here don’t fully align with our records or the conversations we had with this family. This family attended only the initial onboarding session, which is structured as a group meeting to help set up accounts, guide access to resources, and introduce the program format. While all subsequent coaching sessions in our program are held privately, the onboarding session itself is a group call. We believe this may have led to some misunderstanding, as they expected immediate one-on-one support. At the time, I was available for limited hours in the one-on-one coaching rotation. And even today, I continue to support families through weekly group calls, live events, and chat access via Discord, where I’m available to answer questions and provide guidance. This family requested exclusive Sunday sessions with me scheduled a year in advance, which we clarified was outside our program model. Our regular operating hours are Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 8 PM PST, and do not include individualized Sunday sessions.
