Highly unprofessional - can't keep appointments let alone commitments
They had been reaching out to us as a potential 3pl provider for months. We just naturally assumed they'd done their homework, so I finally picked a time slot to talk to Melissa Melgoza from their team.
Within a day, the appointment was cancelled. Melissa told me she would unfortunately not be available, so she had to cancel.
Happens. I emailed her right back asking if she had a preferred date/time preference I could try to work on with her Calendly. No response.
So a week later, I setup another appointment. This would be yet another week later. A few hours before the appointment she cancels because " am writing to sincerely apologize, as I noticed that your boots are over our $250 wholesale value limit. I unfortunately did not catch this until now, as your inquiry was recently transferred to me from a previous Sales representative. It appears this detail was missed during the initial quote and follow-up process about six months ago. Because we won't be able to move forward, I will be cancelling our call scheduled for tomorrow. "
A. I don't even know how they know the wholesale prices of my products based on a public website.
B. I don't know how they presume to know my use case.
C. She cancelled without even asking me a question or clarifying with me after wasting hours of back-and-forth time.
Extremely unprofessional, which for the 3PL space is already a low bar. I am just glad I didn't sign up with them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
This company is nothing short of dangerous to ANY business.
My E-com business ships large and heavy items - in hindsight, they should have never taken me on. They over promised on all my points before onboarding and promised price points on shipping that were nothing like when they invoiced me. Onboarding was terrible - vauge. Unhelpful responses on most emails.
I was invoiced with a bill FOUR TIMES, what I was expecting it to be. Then they tell me "the system accidentally doubled your charges for some shipments." Not a single apology for nearly charging me $8K too much. I realised I was stuck with these cowboys for the time being, so I asked for a payment plan to clear the staggeringly high bill. I was told no, and my stock was held hostage for nearly 4 weeks, with email response times taking up to 5/6 days. Customers refunding at this point. All the while, they're charging me storage fee's, while my decimated cash reserves replenish to pay them an insane amount of money.
I have not dealt with a more incompetent third party in my years of business. I wont be surprised if this company folds soon - and I hope it does. COWBOYS

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns directly. At eFulfillment Service, we aim to provide an experience that truly supports our clients' success, and it’s clear that, in this instance, we missed the mark.
Regarding your billing concerns, we acknowledge that an error occurred with FedEx international surcharges, which was frustrating and certainly not the transparent experience we strive for. Once identified, we took immediate action to correct this, which included processing the necessary reimbursements. We also completed a full audit of your domestic shipping charges to ensure everything was accurate. Please accept our apologies for the stress this situation caused; we truly value honesty, and we regret that our communication regarding these corrections didn't reflect that better.
You also mentioned communication delays, and I sincerely apologize for that frustration. We pride ourselves on the "human touch"—our support team is based right here in our Traverse City facility—and when we aren't reachable, we aren't living up to our own standards.
Finally, regarding the account hold and payment plan, please know that we were fully committed to helping you find a sustainable path forward. We did agree to a payment plan to assist you, and our team worked diligently to facilitate that. Our requests for verification of funds were not an attempt to restrict your stock, but rather a necessary step to secure that plan so we could get your orders back into the shipping queue as quickly as possible.
We are a family-owned company that has been doing this since 2001, and our goal is always to build long-term, transparent partnerships. I’m sorry we couldn't make that work for you, and I genuinely wish you the very best in all your future business endeavors.

Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. This company markets itself as a low-cost fulfillment solution, but in my experience the real costs became outrageous because of the way they handled shipping.
A major issue was packaging. Instead of using appropriately sized boxes, they used boxes far larger than necessary, which caused my shipping label costs to become dramatically more expensive. In some cases, I ended up paying many times more than I should have for shipping simply because the packaging dimensions were excessive. A shipment that should have been reasonably priced became unbelievably inflated.
What made it worse is that even after I raised the issue, it was not properly resolved. I provided my own packaging to help avoid these inflated charges, and I asked for it to be used, but that did not solve the problem in practice. The result was continued excessive shipping costs that seriously harmed my business.
Customer service and billing were also deeply frustrating. It took far too long to get clear billing information, and when I tried to remove my inventory and close the account, I was not given a practical or timely process to do so. Meanwhile, charges continued increasing.
In my experience, this company was inefficient, costly, and damaging to my business. I would strongly caution any small business against relying on claims of low cost without carefully reviewing how they actually pack, bill, and manage inventory removal.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your experience with us was not what you expected. We take every client's feedback seriously, and we would like to provide some clarity regarding the issues you raised.
At eFulfillment Service, our operational model relies on specific SKU data, packaging dimensions, and order integration setup to ensure we can provide the efficient, cost-effective service our clients expect. We work hard to guide our clients through these onboarding steps, and we regret that we were unable to reach the necessary alignment with your business requirements during our time together.
We made multiple attempts to address your concerns and troubleshoot the operational challenges you were facing, including offering support for your platform integrations and scheduling meetings to align on shipping procedures and packaging requirements. Unfortunately, these efforts were not met with the necessary collaboration, which made it difficult to resolve the issues you described.
Regarding your billing and account closure: as a professional fulfillment partner, we maintain consistent policies regarding storage fees and account balances. To ensure fairness to all of our clients, we require accounts to be settled before the closeout process can be finalized.
We are sorry that we were not the right fit for your business needs, and we genuinely wish you the best in your future endeavors.
