very disappointed, many stuffs out of stock. They have stock in large order but not a single one. Weird thing if guys buy one single item in sale, price cheaper the order 3/6 unit. The don't discount those 3 & 6 unit as well. I just ordered $95up value and used 15% discount but still got surcharge weight (actual weight in my purchased history show 17,9lbs). If i don't apply 15% discount I'll not get surcharge weight. So my half 15% discount they used for surcharge weight.

Ordered a bunch of different flavored Japanese Style Mochi, as it was a good deal (on sale), however found that several of the flavors to seem a bit stale. Tried to contact the company via their web page, to inquire about the lack of "Best by" or "Sell by" dates on the individual packages never got a response. Bottom line, most of the order was fine, the others can be eaten (just tastes a bit old). Customer service is a bit lacking. Not sure if I will ever order from them again.
