Purchased for power train coverage on a used Expedition. I did use it for transmission replacement. The vehicle was totaled by insurance company and I requested a refund of contract. I still had like 25k miles unused. I was told today that there is no refund coming to me because I had used it. I have not found in the booklet or on paperwork that states their refund policy. I will never again use this company nor will I ever recommend. Dealer almost didn't accept the warranty to start but I told them I bought at their dodge lot so they quickly changed their mind.
