I did not receive my order. Followed tracking and it was inconsistent and rarely updated. It was in transit for 32 days. I wrote them and they said it was on schedule. So I checked my SECURE indoor and locked mailbox daily. One day I opened the tracking and it suddenly updated and said it was delivered the week before! Keep in mind I had been checking mail daily and it was not delivered to me on that day. They were not very helpful and said to check the neighbors and the Post Office. I did both and the PO said they did not have the tracking number in their system which was a red flag. ☹️

The clothes storage was not what showed on Ad. The Ad showed a hard acrylic walls bottom and top the email later described as different. What I received was wrinkled soft plastic that sells for $12 each at Wal-Mart i want a full refund. Thank you

They are SO FLIMSY! Not worth the money!!!

Wrong items sent. Having difficulty getting refund and information to return items. I have been corresponding with this company since I ordered the mechandise. I tried to cancel one day after I received the confirmation and my credit card bill because the order was incorrect; they said they could not cancel. Once I received the bait and switch merchandise, I have been trying to get an address to return. They offered me $12 USD to keep it (it cost me over $100); told them it was unacceptable - just give me the address to return. STILL WAITING for over 1 month.

They are classic bait and switch scammers. I ordered what was supposed to be sturdy stackable plastic bins. What I got (3 weeks later) were small cheap plastic bags used to store linens. I have requested to return them and get a refund but I am not holding my breath. Do not be fooled like me.

The item that was advertised isn't what I received. They show a strong sturdy container with big zippers. What i received was plastic bags with flimsy zippers. This has got to stop. I asked to return them for a refund and they're offering me $7. This is so insulting. I want my hard earned money back.

Very cheaply made product that doesn't work I've ordered three other mounts from Amazon, which I returned, and this is the cheapest made one at double the cost.
