Forge is the standard
Joe’s program is the real deal! As a player in the program I was able to build the skill and confidence to be scouted and trial with clubs in Europe. Now as a coach the program allows me to use the drills and tactical knowledge to help our players grow their skill. Forge is my recommendation for my players and anyone with a vision to be in college or pro environments.

Mac, this means a lot to us. Seeing Forge by Efford Elite help you first as a player pursuing opportunities in Europe and now as a coach helping develop others is really special. We’re glad the drills, structure, and tactical side of the program continue to be useful in both roles. We really appreciate your trust, your recommendation, and the fact that you’re now passing that knowledge on to your own players.

Dominic, we’re really glad Forge by Efford Elite has helped you improve your confidence, 1v1 ability, crossing, and overall approach to training. Great Soccer Development Program
Great, comprehensive soccer training and development program built by a long time European professional player. User friendly with videos and explanations on each skill and organized extremely well by fundamental skill. Founder is very involved and responsive to questions. Highly recommend, wish I found it earlier!

Forge has completely transformed my football career
Forge has made me from being injured at the start of the u13 season, having no confidence playing 11 aside, and being one of the worst players coming into a new team. To playing a grade up for one of the best teams in New Zealand, having the confidence and skill to beat players who are bigger and stronger than me, and being the top scorer of the team in my u13 season.

We love seeing progress like this. Going from injury and low confidence to playing up an age group, competing with bigger and stronger players, and finishing as your team’s top scorer is a huge step forward. We’re really glad Forge by Efford Elite has helped you build both the confidence and ability to take your game to another level. Keep pushing Armaan, there’s a lot more ahead.

Serious Footballers - Stop reading and JOIN
This community has been incredible for helping my son in his soccer journey! Joe and Salua have organized a wealth of resources for organizing and structuring his training and development that take the guesswork out of planning. The feedback, encouragement and answers to specific questions has been another great benefit of being part of this group. I can’t recommend this highly enough for any aspiring footballers at any level. If you’re willing to put in the work, the results are going to come!
Response from Efford EliteSep 28, 2026
Trey, we really appreciate this. Giving players and parents a clear structure, removing the guesswork, and being there to answer questions is exactly what we want Forge by Efford Elite to provide. We’re glad the community has been such a valuable part of your son’s development, and we really appreciate your trust and recommendation.

Best program on the internet
I personally didn't believe in online coaching, until I joined forge. It has been an absolute game changer and has helped me improve my game drastically over these past 6 months. Its not only developed my technical and physical ability but also my daily habits ,confidence and how I treat my body off the field. Joe and Salua have put time and effort into this program and its shown through the progression in myself and all the other members of forge. If you want to develop your game and go levels I would definitely give this program a shot.
Response from Efford EliteSep 27, 2026
George, we really appreciate you sharing this. Hearing that Forge by Efford Elite changed your opinion on online coaching and has helped you improve both on and off the field over the past six months means a lot to us. We put a lot of time into making sure players develop more than just their football ability, so it’s great to hear the changes in your confidence, habits, and overall approach. We’re glad to have you inside Forge and excited to see where you take your game next.
