Once you figure out the address system in China, it's smooth sailing! I would say so far, this has been pretty EEzy.. As long as customs doesn't pop up with some surprise, I'll be a happy camper! Thank you!

i'm a first-time importer and this was a very complicated experience. Your service was helpful but both your ISF and Entry forms both ask for something that wasn't provided to me by the carrier company until after a 'WHOLE WEEK after the ship left port: the SCAC and the Bill of Lading number. Because of the 24 hour rule for ISF's I was forced to put in "PEND" AND "PENDING" for these fields which the CBP "accepted" but "not approved" it. You should have some kind of popup or some kind of instructions in this regard to tell novices like me to enter "bogus" info just for the formality of sending the ISF in a timely manner because if NOT they may be fined up to $5000 unbeknownst to them! This is CRUCIAL INFORMATION you need to tell individuals - like myself - to go ahead and do that so they won't be late submitting their ISF's! Your forms FORCE you to enter something without suggesting anything about how to avoid the breaking the 24 hour rule!

Dear Joseph, We are sorry to hear you feel this way and that your carrier has provided you with the information after the vessel sailed. The 24 hours rule is required to comply with the CBP. Therefore, we recommend you contact your carrier company and ask that they check why they have provided you with the information so late. Many first-timers who aren't familiar with the import process may find it confusing and struggle with getting information from their freight forwarders/ carriers. That is what our support team is here for;), and they will always be happy to assist and clarify any issue should you choose to use our services again in the future.
