Very intuitive and easy to use platform. Thorough explanations for each field. I had to resend my first ISF twice because of mistakes on my part, but Eezyimport caught them within a few minutes and explained what needed to be corrected. The whole process took about 20 minutes, even with the resubmissions. Follow on ISFs will likely only take 5 minutes. Only $10 for ISF filing and no dealing with a broker!

so far very easy, i like it, but i still have a few questions on where to enter the continuous bond info? and if a broker is not req'd to file an isf, why is a continuous bond required to file an isf ? just curious.

Hi Lana, Thank you for your positive feedback! The bond is entered based on the Importer information you are using to file, and while there's no need for a customs broker for the ISF, a bond is a must when filing a Formal shipment. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] should you have any questions.

I found EEZYIMPORT very easy to follow. Helpful hints were provided at every step along the way giving clues as to the information being requested. The ability to efficiently complete the ISF Documentation hinges on the quality, accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the exporting/manufacturing company. EEZYIMPORT does an excellent job in helping you decipher "Shipping Language" but if the exporting/manufacturing company provides incomplete or inaccurate information the process will take longer. I will definitely use EEZYIMPORT again.

Absolutely wonderful Walked me through the whole process and double checked all my work and corrected my errors that I would have missed. They made what looked like a difficult process simple.
