Mark returned our call immediately, he helped us through the process over the phone and told us what we need to do. After we finished with Mark we went back to the forms and once again we messed up. I am so thankful that I found this site. I have been pulling my hair out for days trying to figure out how to have a single item imported from Italy. This site has made the process simple, easy, and fast! I can't recommend this site enough!

I had never did an import before I'm sure my lack of knowledge was more frustrating for you guys than it was me, but you never let on like it was a problem of any kind but it has to be frustrating for you. I would say the hole process ppl could have been more upfront on the fees involved, but I'm sure I should have already knew what I was getting into by then. honestly I had absolutely no idea. To let u know how little I actually knew. When I was first told to file an isf I was lost and I stayed lost for the next seems like two months. I'm sure that it wasn't that long. But I walked in a completely oblivious to the fact that there even was an import process now I know well quite a bit about it. And I highly recommend you guys I would have never got it done without you people. Honestly I had invested every dollar I had in that machine and at times I had serious doubts if I was ever goin to get it but I did and it works perfectly I could not be happier. That being said idk if I would do it again lol but I am already considering another lmao

WOW, eezyimport, the name says it all. What a great company! Jegors (Jorge) made everything so easy. He walked me through the entire process. We had an issue on my end and Jegors walked me through resolving it and my shipment is on its way. The only way that I would move forward with international shipments is with Jegors and eezyimport's.
