Nina crushed. Went way past what she had to. First time importer so I’m super green. She explained everything I needed currently, expanded my knowledge of importing and paperwork and helped me plan for the coming months. Give that girl a raise.

Wonderful experience. This is an incredibly difficult process and easy import has been a life saver. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and always responds promptly! Haven’t gotten my shipment yet but I’m feeling pretty good about everything!

Two stars cause they did one part correct. They take your money let you file one part of your import, then when you need to finish the process they can’t. Had to find another broker who would have done everything in an easier way in the first place.

The process was EZ and Support was on it.

Very informative,May be hard to use for first timers. But they also go out of there way to be available and answer any questions.

Credit payment and ACH doesn't work. Only Paypal works. Please fix payment gateway.
