This product is a waste of money, don't buy from this company. They don't answer emails. The Face and Body cream don't work. A waste of money

After waiting for a month in a half, I can't believe this watered down baby oil. I wish that I could return both bottles and get a total refund as I hope that my payment disolves in your hand, All fast money is not good money especially when done with deception.

Received product back in December 2023, when I tried it was very watery as soon as I noticed that I emailed them straight away, and still no response. Terrible customer services! Do not buy!

I was sent the wrong product and they won’t answer emails. This is just sad and crazy so I’m going to change my credit card because I already reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I order from Amazon too.

Ordered "Veganic" hair oil after seeing an ad on Instagram. Realised after purchase I'd signed up to a subscription service for "Houdini Hair rewards". Fine print said cancel within 10 days or get charged 39.99/month. Found a link to unsubscribe and got a prompt acknowledgement email from a CSR, but I was getting a very bad feeling by this point. First fraudulent credit card charge for 39.95 (from nonexistent site "handybabystuff.com" appeared a couple of weeks later. Oh and when the watery "oil" showed up, it was "Eelhoe" brand, not "Veganic". Have cancelled credit card as there have been two more dodgy charges.

Not the product I thought I was purchasing through Amazon. Incredibly high shipping and handling cost-more than the actual price of the product I bought. And it was supposed to be a Christmas gift but was delivered after the holidays.

What I thought I bought was different than what I received. It says "EELHOE" not Veganic. I made sure that I was not on subscription before placing my order and three days later they charged me 49.99. I locked my credit card that day, and they tried to charge me again 2 days later for 34.95 of course it got decline because I locked my credit card. Now I got a new number, and this same oil "EELHOE"is on TEMU, I can't believe it. If you want to try this oil, buy it from Temu. Because, at least there's no subscription.!! Oh and I saw the ad for it on instagram that says tryhoudini
