Complete garbage!!! DO NOT BUY. I’m upset at myself for falling for their deceptive advertising tactics.

If I could give the baby collagen glow mask no stars it wouldn’t come close! This product is terrible! Burnt my face as soon as I applied it, wouldn’t peel off and had to wash it off. Left my face with red angry patches DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I wish I'd looked on Trustpilot before purchasing, it's a complete scam. This product does not do what is advertised, to the women who make the adds, shame.

They said they were the Serene company (made in the USA etc). I get the product and it is from a CHINESE company called Eelhoe. I read a ton of terrible reviews and ask for a refund. I will even send the product back but still haven't heard from them. This is VERY deceptive marketing and a total SCAM!! What a waste of money!

This company needs to be held accountable for misleading people to buy this product! I want a refund but they block my emails to them. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

No change in Color at all. Wish I would have just gone to a local place and bought. I feel so foolish! I want my $$ back!

I too am sorry I did t read the reviews before purchasing but I am so glad I reached out to my credit card company who BTW also noted the inconsistency with the name of the company along with spelling. I got an email two days after purchase saying order received with links to “track” my package. The link did not work. I kept checking for updated/progress but none were given. I tapped on the site provided contact us link to send an email and got the mailer daemon thing when an email address is no good. The person who finally emailed me back after I accidentally figure out how to send a successful email stating they could not refund b/c my order had shipped. I hit reply within the email thread to respond and again got notification the email address was invalid. In any event, after waiting for over a week w/no update I reached out to my bank. They credited my account and this fraudulent company immediately refunded my $. This stuff is legit…legit garbage. It’s probably full of lead. DO NOT BOTHER, DO NOT BUY! All the reviews are true!
