Does not work, left my face pasty white. Customer service was unsatisfactory. I bought 2 bottles, straight for the bin. Told I got what I ordered, I can send back. Told postage will be expensive. Not an Australian company as advertised. Took weeks and weeks to arrive, USD

This is by miles the worst product I have ever bought online, I followed the instructions to the letter and ended up with an unattractive, white-tinted, dry-looking coating.... and my skin is naturally pale, so goodness knows what anybody with even the slightest olive tone to their skin looked like after applying! Just a terrible product....avoid, avoid, avoid!

TOTAL SCAM.. spent £49.99 on a product that 100% does not cover scars or any other type of blemish!! After emailing to ask for a replacement or refund they will not give me either!! You get an automated reply each time you email. 😡 Furious & so disappointed.

Firstly i am giving one star because I can’t give zero. What a waste of money! Advertised on instagram and shown as a coloured cream, that adapts to your skin tone and conceals everything. It’s white, doesn’t change colour, looks ridiculous on your skin and covers nothing. And the smell? Dear God!

Absolute rubbish, firstly it does not change colour and secondly I developed the most awful rash on my neck, can’t think what else would have cause it apart from this awful make up. Companies such as Amazon and Facebook need to step up to the mark and take these scam companies down!

The eye cream didn't tighten or cover any dark marks. I was sent the Eelhoe brand and wanted the Lumina. I feel I was scammed. And I followed the instructions exactly accordingly! I either want the correct one or my money back please, thank you...I just tried contacting someone about the eye cream. It seems impossible to get hold of anyone. This is NOT A FAKE REVIEW, TAKE ME SERIOUSLY!!!!! CONTACT ME PLEASE. I WANT THE CORRECT CREAM THAT WORKS OR MY MONEY BACK.....

Very disappointing. No coverage and can't figure out how to return for a refund
