Very well structured course, delivered impactfully

Bruce brings the perspective of both a lawyer and psychologically adept person to the course, which I think is important for achieving resolutions that parties don't later regret. In addition, the course is filled with information that is made real through examples. It is a rich course, one that I plan to review over and over.

As a former trainee in Edwards Mediation Academy (EMA), my experience with the mediation training was truly excellent.
