October 7: Major platform issues forced me to cancel my lessons, with no prior notice.
October 11: I can’t access the platform due to a SQL Server connection error.
These recurring issues disrupt my work, inconvenience my students, and cost me time and money. Very disappointing reliability for a platform teachers depend on.

I am very dissatisfied with the way materials are organised on the Edvibe platform.
Очень недовольна организацией материалов на платформе Edvibe.

I am very dissatisfied with the way materials are organised on the Edvibe platform.
I find it extremely inconvenient that every new material is automatically added to the end of the list instead of appearing at the top.
When a student has accumulated a large number of materials over time, they have to scroll all the way down through the list every time they want to find the latest lesson. This is extremely inconvenient and time-consuming.
I don't understand why new materials cannot be displayed at the top, so that students can immediately see the latest lesson. This seems like an obvious and much more user-friendly solution.
Or at least give teachers the option to manually choose where new material is added — at the beginning or at the end of the list.
I have contacted the support group about this issue many times, and every time I receive the same response: “We will consider your request.” But in the end, nothing changes.
As a result, I am the one who receives complaints and frustration from my students. They complain about how inconvenient this is and some of them are already asking me to move to another educational platform.
I really hope Edvibe will finally reconsider this feature. For teachers who regularly add a large amount of material, this is a genuinely important issue.

Edvibe started off as a great platform…
Edvibe started off as a great platform for my business, but sadly it's gotten worse with time. The prices have been raised way higher compared to what they originally were, with little value-add. Moreover, the site itself is incredibly laggy and consistently has issues loading videos or resetting exercises. The customer support is virtually non-existent or really passive and unhelpful. Sadly, I will be looking for alternatives.

A practical platform for online language teaching
I use Edvibe for online language lessons and course materials. The biggest value for me is having lessons, homework, media, student progress, and reusable materials in one place instead of switching between several tools.
It makes lessons more structured for students and saves time on preparation and homework checking. I also like that students can return to their materials after the lesson and complete homework from their own account.
There are still things I would like to see improved, especially around occasional technical stability and some editing workflows, but overall Edvibe has made my teaching process more organized and professional.

Edvibe has been unstable for years
Edvibe has been unstable for years, but what stands out the most is the extremely poor quality of their production releases. After almost every update, critical functionality breaks: you can’t enter classes, sessions fail to load, calls don’t work. These are not edge cases — these are core features of the platform.
From an engineering perspective, this points to serious issues with release management, QA, and overall development processes. It feels like there is little to no regression testing or proper rollout strategy in place.
What’s equally concerning is the complete lack of communication. There’s no visible engineering presence, no public incident reports, no changelogs with meaningful detail, and no community where issues can be discussed. The only outward activity seems to be occasional marketing posts on LinkedIn, which feel completely disconnected from the actual state of the product.
Support is effectively unavailable during outages. When the platform goes down, the frontend often goes down with it — including the support chat. So when things break, users are left without any way to report issues or get updates.
From a professional standpoint, this is one of the weakest examples of production reliability and release discipline I’ve seen in a live product.

Turning text editing into torture
Guys, what's up with the latest update? Seriously. The text editing is just awful. The cursor is floating over words as if I were looking at them through a magnifying glass or something and sometimes is impossible to locate at all, the hot keys are not working (for instance, if you want to bold the word, you have to wait for the editing window to pop up to do it manually), no sorting lists, the gapping is flawed. I constrantly switch to the older versions of templates because it's faster. Don't you have a good QA team to get this all tested before putting out? If you think that anyone would love to spend all their time on your platform playing around pictures, words, fonts, etc., you are wrong. The subscription price is going up, the quality is nowhere near.
I'm putting 4 stars because I'm still enjoying using the platform

Unreliable platform with constant bugs and unhelpful support
I’ve been using Edvibe (Progressme) for online teaching, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.
During one of my lessons, the platform suddenly blocked my access to my teacher’s account and materials, even though there were still 3 hours left on my current plan. My payment card was linked for auto-renewal, so this shouldn’t have happened.
When I clicked to check what was going on, I was shown a few options that looked exactly like the normal renewal screen. I clicked “Pay” assuming it was the usual renewal, but the system switched me to a completely different plan (“Teaching plan”) — without any clear warning or confirmation that this change was irreversible.
Access was never restored during the lesson (which was ruined), and support refused to help. They simply told me it’s “technically impossible” to switch back to my previous plan and that I should have noticed the warning. However, there was no warning shown that day, which I clearly remember — and now they send screenshots claiming it was there.
Their platform has frequent glitches, and customer support is unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of resolving the issue or even admitting a system bug, they just quote their “User Agreement” and close the ticket.
I would strongly advise teachers and students to be cautious when using Edvibe. The interface is unreliable, technical issues are common, and if something goes wrong, you’ll be blamed for it with no compensation or help offered.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback.
We're very sorry you encountered this situation—we understand how this can impact your learning process.
We haven't seen similar pricing issues before, so it's important for us to look into your issue. Perhaps you changed your pricing plan yourself, and the system notified you that reverting to the previous plan would be impossible.
Please contact our technical support chat. Our specialists will clarify the details and help you resolve the issue.
