I purchased a voucher via Wowcher on 14/04/2026 for Perplexity AI, to be registered to my email address. I submitted the redemption form successfully and received on-screen confirmation that my submission had been received and would be processed within the stated 5–7 day timeframe. However, I never received any activation details or further response. I then repeated the process, but still received no response. I contacted EDSX by email and via their own website chat but did not receive any reply. I then created an account with them and opened a "ticket" with them, but again, received no response whatsoever. Avoid as obviously a scam.
