My experiences with Ed’s Fly Shop have always been excellent. I have always gotten exactly what I have ordered at a good price. Ed is very knowledgeable and helpful; I appreciate him and find him to be friendly and approachable. The only place I can see where possible improvement might be made is in how quickly my orders are actually put in the hands of the postal service. After I receive an email that my order has been shipped it is usually a couple of days before the USPS indicates that they actually received it. The issue may be with how quickly the USPS gets their contact to me and not with Ed's at all. Ed’s Fly Shop is a good company to buy from, and I give them a high recommendation.

Ed's fly shop did exactly as everyone hopes that an online retailer will do. They sent an email to confirm my purchase and let me know they were working on my order. Then, they sent another email to notify me that it had shipped and included tracking information. To my surprise, the day after I received my order, Ed's Fly Shop sent an email to check on my satisfaction with the product and thank me for buying something from them. The order was shipped in reasonable time, was exactly as described, and customer service was top notch. I will buy from them again!

As always, Ed’s Fly Shop’s service was great. Quick delivery and communication from the shop. I purchased the Petitjean CDC Stacker. It works well but the cost is high for what the stacker does, no fault of Ed’s Fly Shop.

Excellent inventory. Purchase thru the internet was easy. The communication was prompt and the material were mailed and received in short order. This was an excellent buying experience. I will certainly be a return customer.
