Good but still way too expensive
Good but still way too expensive, delivery was to be on Friday The 5th, and here it is Saturday afternoon and the mail already has been delivered and I got nothing. So I paid for the shipping $20 which again is way over priced for a couple ounces and it will be three days late at earliest timeframe.

You shouldn’t require a signature upon delivery FedEx is a pain. They won’t even ring the doorbell and they make you go get the package 12 miles away if you are not standing in your front yard when they arrive. Don’t use FedEx.

The next time you order, please call our customer service and explain your FedEx pick-up situation and ask them to waive the signature required for you and only you, since you have a solid history with ordering from us we can extend this for you. Another consideration is using USPS Priority Mail. Is the Post Office closer? They also require a signature, but it may be easier for you to pick up if that works for you.
