I decided to use AccessRx after purchasing my prescription drugs at the local pharmacy became too cost prohibitive. I found AccessRx online through a Goggle search and gave them a try. I found ordering to be quick and easy, but before my order could be processed there was a "hitch" that I found very ... ummm ..... negative and unprofessional. AccessRx requires that after placing your order you must call a toll-free number for a "voice validation." At first impression I figured that they must have the technology for a voice print analysis to prevent fraud and illegal activity; however, upon calling the number for voice validation I quickly realized it was nothing more than a sham requirement for the purpose upselling the customer and pressing for a larger order. I found this very unprofessional and disturbing, and did not appreciate it at all. Furthermore, the person doing the "voice validation" was not pleasant at all, but very matter-of-fact, almost to the point of being terse, especially when I informed him I had no desire to increase the quantity of my order from 3 tablets to 20 tablets. The following day, after placing my order, I was telephonically contacted by another AccessRx representative to call yet another 800-number, but this time it was a legitimate issue, having to deal with some medical issues. Afterwards, everything went very smoothly and I received my order via USPS within two days. I was very impressed to find the product packaged very nicely, with information regarding my prescription and details of my order. Will I order again from AccessRx? ... absolutely yes .... as long as I realize a decent savings, and knowing that since I am now established as a legitimate customer, my order will be processed more expeditiously.

My order number is 2694243. I initially placed the order online but it was processed over the phone. The individual I spoke to was "Kyle". I asked him what is the cheapest shipping option available and he told me that it is about $17.00. I told him that is the option I want and I no longer wanted overnight shipping that I selected online. However, my credit card was still charged for overnight shipping. After giving specific direction on how I wanted the medication to be shipped, I was still charged for overnight shipping. After receiving the order I spoke to another individual and he said that he reversed the additional money (about $13) that was charged for overnight shipping. Apparently that reversal hasn't showed up on my credit card. I am a bit disappointed in the customer service that I received. Update 09/17/13: The review is being changed from 2 stars to 4 starts contingent upon getting the additional shipping charges refunded by today.
